- Original Certificate of Employment (if employed)
- Recommendation for Admission (see GS Registrar-Ms.
Regodon)
- Original Medical Certificate
- Certificate of Marriage (for female married applicant,
photocopy)
- Admission Fee (P500.00)
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:Master’s Degree
to Appropriate or related to the program;
otherwise take prescribed courses to make up the pre-program courses.
Grade Requirement
to Average grade of 1.75 or better
