NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS FOR SECURITY SERVICES 2011
Please be informed that PUP Bids and Awards Committee, after having consulted Philippine Association of Detectives and Protection Agency Operators, Inc., sticks to its requirement that bidders for Security Services 2011 must have a certification from PADPAO that bidder is not engaged in cut-throat competition as stated in letter d of ITB Clause 5.1 of the Bid Data Sheet, page 28 of the Bidding Documents.
Please be guided accordingly.
