This Bid Bulletin No. 1 is issued to modify the Approved Budget for the Contract, as advertised, as well as the minimum wage rate of Bataan, as presented in the bid documents, of the project “Security Services 2011” with reference number 1575299. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
