BID BULLETIN NO. 3
This Bid Bulletin No. 3 is issued to modify the provisions presented in the Bid Data Sheet, specifically letter d of ITB Clause 5.1, p. 28, for the project “Security Services 2011” with reference number 1575299. This shall be an integral part of the Bid Documents.
In lieu of the previous requirement that Security Agency-bidder must have certification from PADPAO that bidder is not engaged in cut-throat competition, bidder must have “Certification of Good Standing and without Derogatory Record” from PADPAO.
