If search for the truth is the noblest occupation of a man, its publication is a duty. Research outputs must be widely disseminated if they are to benefit the most number of people. Scholarly papers, scientific studies, literary/artistic outputs must be given due exposure in journals, monographs, and other printed matters if they are to serve the purpose for which they have been produced. The proper dissemination of information and giving due recognition to people in research are the main concern of the publication arm of the Office for Research and Development. Through the Publications Office, the University “talks” to itself, to the nation, and to the world.
