The Institute for Social Sciences and Development (ISSD) is calling all faculty members, students, and researchers from colleges, campuses and branches of PUP to propose a research which could qualify for Institutional funding for Calendar year 2016 under the program area of the social sciences and development paradigm, specifically, those that are aligned with the University Research Priorities, namely:

Research proposals must follow the format suggested in the university Research and Development Manual, which include the following items:
Project identification
The Research problem
Review of Related Literature
Methodology
Plan for Analysis
Working Bibliography
Proposed Budget
Phasing of the Project/Timetable
Biodata/Profile of the Project Leader/Proponent
Co-Researchers, and Research Assistants
Research proposals must be endorse by the Department Chairperson/College Dean/Campus or Branch Director where the proponents originate.
All research proposals must be submitted, preferably, in both soft and hard copies to the Office of Director Hilda Felipe San Gabriel, Institute for Social Sciences and Development, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Sta. Mesa, Manila, on or before March 30, 2015.The soft copy may be submitted via e-mail to hfsangabriel@pup.edu.ph or issd@pup.edu.ph.
