Doctor in Public Administration
Program Description
The Doctor in Public Administration (DPA) program is offered in the PUP
Graduates School for those who intend to engage in the practice in
public administration. The program provides a strong theoretical
foundation in public administration combined with the practice of good
public governance.
Vision
The Doctor in Public Administration program is envisioned to be the
cutting edge in the advanced training of public administration in the
country.
Mission
To produce public administration graduates who will lead the country
towards the achievement of the Philippine development plan. The graduate
must possess the desired qualities of ideal government personnel – high
quality leaders, ethical, accountable, critical, nationalist, and
world-class technocrats.
Objectives
