PUP iApply Procedure for the Graduate School Entrance Examination
PUP iApply follows three (3) simple steps:
Apply Online,
Pay Fee, and
Claim Permit.
Apply Online
Note: To be issued an examination permit, an applicant must have:
- a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 2.000 in the
Bachelor’s Degree Program completed – for Master’s Program.
- a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 1.750 in the
Master’s Degree Program completed - for Doctorate Program.

Go to the PUP iApply page inside PUP Website
(http://www.pup.edu.ph/iApply/GSEE.aspx). Read the information
provided and click the Apply Now button. You will be taken to the
PUP iApply System and you will be asked some questions to determine
if you are qualified as an applicant. Click Proceed to begin your
online application.
NOTE: Any misrepresentation in your online
application will automatically invalidate your admission in the
University.

Select PUP GSEE and fill up the online form. Input the
corresponding data required in the form and click Next. This will
take you to a page where you can verify the data you have just
entered. Be sure that the data (particularly your name and date of
birth) in the application must be the same as indicated in your NSO
copy of birth certificate. Make sure also that the e-mail address
you provided in the application is active and correct.

If the data you have entered are correct, read the service
agreement and confirm by checking Yes, I have read and
understood..., entering your digital signature and typing
the characters in the Digital Security image. Click Make
Changes if you need to make the necessary changes, or Next
to proceed.

Upon successful submission of your data, click Display Voucher to
print your Payment Voucher. If you cannot print your voucher, you
can always go to the PUP iApply Request Voucher page
(http://iApply.pup.edu.ph/RequestVoucher.aspx) to generate it.
A message will be sent to the e-mail address you indicated in the
online form after a successful submission of the said form. This
e-mail message contains the system's confirmation of your online
application.

PRINT YOUR PAYMENT VOUCHER
IMPORTANT: A printed copy of your Payment Voucher
must be presented to the PUP GS Cashier's Office when you pay the Examination Fee. Please remember
your Reference Number. You may also see your payment voucher in the
e-mail that will be sent to you.
Pay Fee
Payment can be made through the PUP Graduate School Cashier's Office. Before
paying, please make sure
that you satisfy all admission requirements, including minimum GWA
requirement. Payments made for processed and not processed
application are non-refundable.
Through PUP Cashier
- Go to the PUP Graduate School Cashier's Office located at
the Ground Floor of the GS Building (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
- Detach the PUP Cashier's Copy of the Payment Voucher.
- Present to the PUP Cashier the PUP Cashier's Copy and your
payment (PhP 500.00 Entrance Exam Fee).
- After processing your payment, claim your Official Receipt
(OR). Keep OR together with the Applicant's Copy of the Printed
Payment Voucher.
- Read your Payment Voucher carefully.
Claim Exam Permit
- Go to the PUP Graduate School Registrar’s Office (GS-RO) in
appropriate attire (upper garment with collar and sleeves) for issuance of
permit
(Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM).
- Present the following to the Admission’s Officer:
- Applicant's Copy of the Printed Payment Voucher
- Official Receipt from
the PUP Cashier (PhP 500.00 Entrance Exam Fee)
- Original or certified true copy, if lost, and photocopy of Transcript of Records
(TOR)
- Employment Certificate or Service
Record (if employed)
- Medical Certificate
- Original and photocopy of NSO authenticated Birth Certificate
- Original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for female married applicant)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (for Master’s
Degree Program Applicants only, from employer) or Barangay Certificate/Clearance
- Two copies ID pictures, 2"x2" (recent, identical
and formal attire w/ white background)
- One (1) Long Brown Envelope
- Additional Requirements for Doctorate Degree
Programs:
The Admission Officer will validate your application in their records. (Do not forget to sign the Applicant's Copy of your Printed Payment Voucher)
- The Admission Officer will then issue your printed Examination Permit. Before
leaving the Graduate School Registrar’s Office (GS-RO), check if the picture and
all the data printed in your Examination Permit are correct and clear.
NOTE: Please read all information printed in your Examination
Permit.
The Examination permit contains the date, time, place, and any other information
about the entrance exam. You will present this permit to the exam administrator
when you take the entrance exam. NO EXAMINATION PERMIT, NO EXAM.
You must also report to the examination room at least 30 minutes before your
exam time schedule. LATE COMER EXAMINEES are not allowed to take the exam.
List of Successful Examinees will be posted thru PUPWebSite and in the Bulletin
Board of the PUP Graduate School (PUP GS) on the date to be announced after
taking your examination.
Enrollment Advisory to all SUCCESSFUL EXAMINEES will also be posted thru PUP
Website on the scheduled date of release of exam result.
READ CAREFULLY: Keep the following in a safe place:
- This document
- Your Examination Permit
- Your
Official Receipt from the PUP Cashier
PUP will not be held responsible for the loss of above-listed documents arose
from the applicant’s negligence.
APPLICANTS WITH INCOMPLETE AND INVALID DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
FAILURE TO ENROLL IN THE SEMESTER/TERM APPLIED FOR WILL INVALIDATE THE
APPLICANT’S EXAMINATION RESULT.
