Procedure

PUP iApply follows three (3) steps - Apply Online, Pay Fee, and Claim ePermit.

Apply Online

  1. Go to PUP iApply (http://www.pup.edu.ph/iApply/) and read the information provided and click the Apply Now button. You will be taken to the PUP iApply System where you will be asked some questions to determine if you are qualified as an applicant. Click Proceed to begin your online registration.

    NOTE: Any misrepresentations and/or false information in your online registration will automatically invalidate your admission in the University. It is strongly encouraged that the applicant himself/herself registers online.

  2. Fill up the online form. You will select the required 2X2 size photo with name tag  that you will upload for your Test Permit (Please read the Guidelines for ePermit Photo for more information).

    Then type all the required information in the form and click Next. This will take you to a page where you can review the information that you entered. Please make sure that the information (particularly your name and date of birth) in the application must be the same as indicated in your NSO copy of birth certificate, and the e-mail address you provided is your active and correct e-mail account.

  3. If the information you entered is correct, read the service agreement and confirm by checking Yes, I have read and understood..., and enter your name in the digital signature then type the characters in the Digital Security image. Click Make Changes if you need to make the necessary changes, or Next to proceed.

  4. Upon successful submission of your registration, click Display Voucher to print your Payment Voucher. You can always go to the PUP iApply Request Voucher page to generate it:  http://iApply.pup.edu.ph/RequestVoucher.aspx

    Note: You will need Adobe Reader to open, view and print your Payment Voucher. Download Adobe Reader now

  5. Print your Payment Voucher

    IMPORTANT: Your Payment Voucher needs to be printed because you will present it when you pay the PUPCET Application Fee. Please remember your Reference Number.

    A message will be sent to the e-mail address you indicated in the online form. It contains the system's confirmation of your online registration.

  6. Read your printed Payment Voucher carefully.


Pay Fee

Payment can be made through LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK / LBP):

  1. Go to the nearest LANDBANK Branch nationwide to remit payment via ONLINE COLLECTION. (Click here to look for a LANDBANK branch nearest you)
  2. Fill up three (3) copies of Deposit Slip with the APPLICANT'S FULL NAME (NOT the NAME of PARENT, GUARDIAN, or any REPRESENTATIVE), Reference Number, PUPCET Account Number, and Amount to be paid (as indicated in the provided payment voucher).  Distribution of Deposit Slip shall be as follows:
    • Original - Accepting Branch
    • Duplicate and Triplicate - Payer's Copy
  3. Detach the Bank Copy of the provided Payment Voucher.
  4. Present to the LANDBANK teller the duly accomplished Deposit Slip with your payment.
  5. After processing your payment, the LANDBANK teller will give you the duplicate and triplicate copies of the Deposit Slip.  Keep them together with the Applicant's Copy of the Printed Payment Voucher.

    Please allow five (5) working days after payment to LANDBANK before claiming your Test Permit online.
  6. Read your Payment Voucher carefully.

Claim ePermit

Please allow five (5) working days after payment to LANDBANK before claiming your Electronic Test Permit (ePermit) online.

  1. Go to the PUP iApply Claim ePermit page http://iApply.pup.edu.ph/ClaimPermit.aspx and type the required information. Please make sure you type the same information during your online registration. Then click the Submit button.

  2. After clicking the Submit button, you may encounter either of the following message from the system:

    • Application Successful - If you see this message, click the Download ePermit button.

      Note: You will need Adobe Reader to open, view and print your ePermit. Download Adobe Reader now

    • Problem with your Payment - If you see this message, the information encoded in your LANDBANK payment did not match your online registration details. Please scan a CLEAR COPY of your validated LANDBANK deposit slip and save it as JPG/JPEG. Select the file and click the Upload Deposit Slip button. This will upload your digital copy of the deposit slip to the system, which will be reviewed by a PUPCET Payment Officer. Please allow one to two (1-2) working days for payment verification. After 1-2 days, proceed to Step 1 of the Claim ePermit step.

      Note: To avoid inconvenience and further delays, please upload immediately a scanned clear copy of your LANDBANK deposit slip.

    • Problem with your Photo - If you see this message, the photo you uploaded did not meet the proper format (please read the Guidelines for ePermit Photo for more information). Scan a new photo with the correct format and click the Upload Photo button. This will upload your new photo to the system, which will be reviewed by an Admission Officer. Please allow one to two (1-2) working days for photo validation. After 1-2 days, proceed to Step 1 of the Claim ePermit step.

      Note: To avoid inconvenience and further delays, please upload immediately a scanned clear copy of your photo in the correct format as stated in the Guidelines for ePermit Photo


Advisory

  1. When you go to Testing Room, you MUST have with you:
    1. Hard copy of your picture which is the same photo attached digitally in this test permit.
    2. High School I.D currently issued by  your  school principal (For high school graduating student)

      Certification of graduation issued by the School Registrar/Principal with school dry seal (For high school graduates who did not enroll after graduation.)
  2. The test will be given on the day and time indicated on this permit. Change of Test schedule is not allowed.
  3. You must REPORT to the Testing Center at least 30 minutes before your time scheduled.
  4. NO TEST PERMIT, HARD COPY OF PICTURE, School ID, NO EXAM.
  5. LATE COMER Examinee IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAM ONCE THE TEST BEGIN.
  6. Release of PUPCET Result will be announced on the scheduled date of your test. List of Successful Examinees will be posted thru the PUP Website and in the Bulletin Board at the specific PUP campus where you took your test.
  7. Print all the instructions together with the following documents and keep this for your reference purposes.
    1. Printed Instructions
    2. Your Test Permit
    3. Your validated duplicate copy of the LANDBANK Deposit Slip or Official Receipt from the PUP Cashier
    4. Your original 2 x 2 inch Photo with name tag

Guidelines for ePermit Photo

  • 2 x 2 inch, colored photo with white background
  • Formal pose with collar and no eyeglasses or any accessories that may cover the facial features
  • Taken in the past seven (7) days prior to filing of online application
  • With full and handwritten (not computer-generated) name tag following this format: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Extension Name (if any) positioned at the chest of the applicant.
  • JPEG file type
  • Not more than 300KB in file size
