The PUP Central Student Council and the PUP Center for Public Administration and Governance, as an active advocate of people’s democratic rights and welfare, along with its partners, would like to invite you to KABALANGAY 2013: Kabataan at Barangay, A forum on Youth Politics and Governance.

General Rules and Guidelines

  1. All participants must fill-out the online registration form on or before September 28, 2013.
  2. A softcopy of the ticket will be sent to the participants’ e-mail address after the registration process. Print a copy of the ticket and present it at the venue entrance for the registration process. Strictly, NO TICKET, NO ENTRY!
  3. Updates and announcements shall be sent thru the personal e-mails provided in the pre-registration form.
  4. Participants are required to bring their School ID or any Valid ID that will prove their name and age.
  5. Participants are required to arrive at the venue at least 60 minutes before the start of the event for the registration process.
  6. Required Attire: Smart Casual or Student Uniform
  7. Participants are advised to visit the website from time to time for further announcements.

For PUP System students:

  1. PUP student-participants shall print-out a copy of the excuse letter signed by the VPAA and submit it to their professors concerned. The excuse letter shall be posted on this website at least 1 week before the event.
  2. Endorsements shall also be posted on this website for further reference.

For youths endorsed by the Barangay Officials:

  1. The Barangay Captain or Barangay Secretary shall forward the list of participants to the Secretariat Committee not later than September 28, 2013 thru the E-Mail address: csc@pup.edu.ph or thru mail at:

  2. The Barangay Chairman or any Barangay Official designated by the Chairman as coordinator for the event shall accompany participants coming from their barangay during the event. Only 2 Barangay Coordinators per Barangay shall be allowed at the venue. The Barangay coordinator shall attest the hard copy of the registration form.

For Non-PUP Students:

  1. After filling-up the registration form online, e-mail a copy of any Valid ID to csc@pup.edu.ph with a subject:
    “KABALANGAY 2013 (Last Name, Given Name, MI, Order No.)”
  2. Present the Valid ID to the guard-on-duty before entering the premises of the university.
