The ICTC sees itself as able to (1) empower the University and its stakeholders through the use of ICT, (2) become a reputable world-class ICT Center, and (3) integrate ICT in finding solutions to the problems affecting many University processes.

Mission

The ICT Center shares the University vision of achieving excellence in instruction, research and development, and the revitalization/development the community it serves by humanizing technology and instilling in the PUP clientele enthusiasm for the new/emerging technologies.

Functions

• Provides campus-wide connectivity and ICT infrastructure
• Develops, manages and administers the University Website
• Provides/Recommends ICT solutions to University processes
• Supports electronically-mediated education
• Undertakes research and development in ICT training and education
• Develops, tests, and prototypes ICT enterprises
