The University created the Institutional Planning Office (IPO) to develop and regularly update the University’s long-range plans and projects, monitor their implementation and formulate recommendations through the Vice President to the President and to the Board of Regents. Its creation is proof of the Administration’s recognition of the significance of drawing a University Plan which after all, defines the reason for the University’s existence.
