The Ninoy Aquino Library and Learning Resources Center is one of the major service centers of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. As such, it strives to meet the academic and related needs of its clientele through the provision of adequate and efficient library and information services.

In order to realize its mission of offering traditional services and serving as the University’s gateway to the global information society, the NALLRC provides various services and facilities, meant to redound to the meaningful growth and development of its clientele.

 eBooks and eJournals
Academic OneFile is the premier source for peer-reviewed, full-text articles from the world's leading journals and reference sources. With extensive coverage of the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects, Academic OneFile is both authoritative and comprehensive. With millions of articles available in both PDF and HTML full-text with no restrictions, researchers are able to find accurate information quickly. Includes full-text coverage of the New York Times back to 1995. Updated daily.

Gale Virtual Reference Library is a database of encyclopedias and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary research. These reference materials once were accessible only in the library, but now you can access them online from the library or remotely 24/7. Because each library creates its own eBook collection, the content you see may vary if you use the database at different libraries (your school, your public library, or your office).

 Service Hours
The Main Library and its Satellite Units (Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Laboratory High School Library (Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Library service stops fifteen (15) minutes before the regular closing time to enable the staff members to check records and the collections in preparation for the next day’s routine. Changes in library hours are posted in advance at the entrance of the library. No Library services on Sundays and non-working holidays.

Student Library Guidelines
Here are the procedures and policies that govern the use of library services. It includes provisions for Library Users, Procedures on Borrowing Library Materials, Procedures on Returning Library Materials, Fines and Penalties, Control Procedures, Suspension of Library Privileges and Courtesy in the Library.
