As frontline service office, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is the official/authorize keepers of student records and information. It implements all policies, rules, regulations and procedures regarding admission, registration, transfer, dismissal, graduation and promotion of students. It has the overall responsibility for ensuring integrity, proper records management and safekeeping of records and efficient delivery of services requested by the public and other stakeholders. In line with the adherence to the RA 11032 – Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Service Act of 2018, the organizational set up of the Office of the University Registrar provides efficient delivery of services to students and clients.
