Family of Web Sites

PUPWebSite is composed of what we call the Family of Web sites.  Each member site serves a specific function in delivering information and services.

PUPWebSite
The core component of PUPWebSite is the part that handles the basic information of the University, its departments, and offices.  This is the fundamental part of PUPWebSite that, in a way, provides the foundation of the other sites.  The function of the Core is to inform you of what you immediately want to know about the University, its history, mission, vision, officials, and more.

Academic Sites
These are the Web sites of colleges and other academic programs for both graduate and undergraduate courses.  Academic Sites contains information about each colleges (or program) and news (or events) from their unit.  The function of the Academic Sites is to present an in-depth information about the colleges and the courses they offer.  This is in aid of the Core should you prefer to know more about the programs being offered by PUP.

PUPWebSite Connect
Online services for the PUPians worldwide.  Connect is an integrated suite of Web-based applications and services that enables information, systems, and people collaboration through seamless utilization of Web Technologies.  Connect's function is to provide the services and interactivity between you and PUPWebSite, between you and the University, and between you and your former classmates and friends, while keeping your information and Connect experience safe and secure.

PUP WebMail
This is the e-mail system of the University.  It can be accessed using a Web browser or a client e-mail software (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.)

PUP Centennial Site
This site was published in response to the 100th Founding Anniversary of the University.  Information pertaining to the centennial celebration, souvenirs, and articles were made available through this site.
