Hi! Welcome to the Website of the Office of ETEEAP, Non-Traditional Studies / Transnational Education.
The Office of ETEEAP, Non-Traditional Studies / Transnational Education (ETEEAP-NTS-TE) offers practitioners or executives who have shown top-caliber abilities in their fields of specialization, an opportunity to complete their college degrees or graduate programs and earn their diplomas without having to take a leave from the jobs.
It may interest you to know that in our Office, you may qualify in one of our two (2) programs. These programs are the Non-Traditional Study Program or NTSP, and the Expanded Tertiary Equivalency Education Program or ETEEAP.
Our Non-Traditional Study Program or NTSP makes use of a scheme of accreditation wherein a student’s educational background, work experience and achievements are evaluated through a rating system; while the Expanded Tertiary Equivalency Education Program or ETEEAP is an educational assessment scheme which recognizes knowledge, skills and prior learning obtained by individuals from non-formal and informal education experiences. The mandate to implement ETEEAP is embodied in Executive Order 330 signed by then President Fidel V. Ramos in 1996.
