This infominar for professional and practicing Electrical Engineers and Electricians aims to elevate participants’ awareness and knowledge concerning safe practices in line with electrical procedures and operations to prevent electrical accidents in project constructions and industrial operations.
By the end of the seminar, participants are expected to be able to develop an Electrical Safety OSH (EEOSH) Policy for his/her company to implement and institutionalize safety awareness practices within and without the workplace.
To inculcate active awareness of safe and unsafe acts and conditions in the workplace
To identify correctly what are the benefits and dangers of electricity in the workplace
To illustrate how workmen’s different backgrounds impact their relationship with electricity and electrical OSH practices
To increase appreciation of management’s role with regards to workmen’s safety in implementing an incident and injury-free workplace
To appraise parcticipants of the importance of adherence to Electrical Engineering standards in OSH practices and workplace housekeeping
