Please be informed that the Application for Graduation for the Main Campus and all Branches and Campuses will start on November 15 to December 15, 2021. Kindly process your academic deficiencies such as Incomplete and Passed grades, Accreditation of Subjects and other requirements needed on your application.
After filling out the application, you are advised to upload a 2 x 2 picture wearing toga. Please upload your picture wearing toga at gradpic.main@pup.edu.ph for the Main Campus and the name of your branch or campus for PUP Branches and Campuses like gradpic.sanjuan@pup.edu.ph. The deadline for uploading of picture wearing toga is December 31, 2021.
Please indicate that the subject of your e-mail shall be your FULLNAME, COURSE & STUDENT NO. and the file name of your picture shall be FULLNAME-COURSE.jpg e.g. CABACIS, GUCCI–BSA.jpg
This is to remind you though that uploading of toga picture does not guarantee the approval of your Application for Graduation.
Please be guided by the following colors and sample toga photo based on your program, placement of the tassel, and the size of the picture.
