The Office of Student Services will now continue its operation of issuing student identification (ID) card for PUP Main students. Please take note of the following:
Students who will be provided with new student ID are those admitted to the University in the SY ’20-’21 and ’21-’22 from the following:
Senior High School
May 16, 2022 to June 10, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Graduate Studies and College of Law
May 16, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and every Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM starting June 4, 2022
Undergraduate Studies

Laboratory High School
Students shall process their request through Face-to-Face transaction on the given schedule only. No walk-ins are allowed. Applications will also be strictly processed on first-come first-served basis.
Days before the schedule, in compliance to the university protocol, students must secure an appointment to the OSS thru the Visitors Appointment Scheduling System (VASS). Students may access the VASS using this link: https://apps.pup.edu.ph/appointment/Authentication/Student/
Students who at the day of their schedule are not feeling well and show symptoms of COVID-19 are advised to opt for reschedule. This is to prevent possible infection to other students and personnel of the university.
Students who fail to process their application on the given schedule will be subjected for reschedule.
Rescheduled applications will be accommodated after all the target applicants (in all academic programs) are processed.
