Graduate School Entrance Examination (GSEE)

A FRIENDLY REMINDER: Before applying online, make sure that you already have your 2 x 2 inch colored photo with name tag saved as JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg and filesize is not more than 300 kilobytes) in your computer or USB device.

PUP iApply follows three (3) major steps - Apply Online, Pay Fee, and Claim ePermit.

Apply Online

  1. Go to the GSEE page (www.pup.edu.ph/iapply/gsee.aspx), read the information provided and click Apply Now. This will take you to the PUP iApply. Read the terms of use and service agreement then click Yes, I have read... to begin your online application.

    NOTE: Any misrepresentations (or giving false/incorrect information) in your online application will automatically invalidate your admission in the University.
  2. Select the GSEE icon and fill-up the online form. Be sure that the data you will provide (particularly your name and date of birth) in the application must be the same as indicated in your PSA/NSO copy of birth certificate, and that that the e-mail address you provided in the application is valid and active.
  3. Type the information required in the form, read the service agreement and confirm by:
    1. Checking Yes, I have read and understood...
    2. Entering your digital signature, and
    3. Typing the characters in the Digital Security image.
  4. Click Review to verify the information you have just entered or if you need to make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Submit Now.
  6. Upon successful submission of your data, click the icon next to the Pay personally at PUP Cashier to generate and download your Payment Voucher. If you cannot print your voucher, you can always go to the PUP iApply Request Voucher page http://iapply.pup.edu.ph to generate it.
  7. PRINT YOUR PAYMENT VOUCHER
    IMPORTANT:  A printed copy of your payment voucher must be presented to the PUP Cashier when you pay the Examination Fee. Please remember your Reference Number.
  8. Click Done.

SUBMIT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
After obtaining a copy of your payment voucher, go to the PUP Graduate School (Valencia St. cor. R. Magsaysay Blvd., Sta. Mesa, Manila) to submit the required document.

Pay Fee

Payment can be made through PUP CASHIER:

  1. Go to the PUP Cashier's Office:
    • PUP GS (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
    • PUP A. Mabini Campus, Ground Floor South Wing Main Building (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  2. Detach the PUP Cashier's Copy of the Payment Voucher.
  3. Present to the PUP Cashier the PUP Bank/Cashier's Copy and your payment (PhP 500.00 Entrance Exam Fee).
  4. After processing your payment, claim your Official Receipt (OR). Keep OR together with the Applicant's Copy of the Printed Payment Voucher.
  5. Read your Payment Voucher carefully.

Claim ePermit

If payment was made through the PUP CASHIER, go to the GS Admission and Registration Office to tag your payment in the system before claiming your ePermit online.

  1. Go to the PUP iApply Claim ePermit page http://iapply.pup.edu.ph/claimpermit.aspx and type the required information. Please make sure you type the same information during your online registration. Then click the Submit button.
  2. After clicking the Submit button, you may encounter either of the following message from the system:

    Application Successful
    If you see this message, click the Download ePermit button. Click the Save or Open button when your Web browser asks you. This will download your ePermit. Print your ePermit in color.

    Problem with your Photo
    If you see this message, the photo you uploaded did not meet the proper and required format (please read the Guidelines for ePermit Photo for more information). Scan a new photo with the correct format and click the Upload Photo button. This will upload your new photo to the system, which will be reviewed by an Admission Officer. Please allow one to two (1-2) working days for photo validation. After 1-2 days, proceed to Step 1 of the Claim ePermit step.

    Note: To avoid inconvenience and further delays, please upload a scanned clear copy of your photo in the correct format as stated in the Guidelines for ePermit Photo.
