Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time by the Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and President.
Qualifications: Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field Has a good grasp of the English language Willing to work with strict deadlines Capable of working under pressure Must be proficient in computer applications Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain customer/client relationships Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
