Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner. Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time by the Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and President.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Marketing or other related courses At least one (1) year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement With background in warehouse/stockroom materials inventory and canvassing Must be proficient in computer applications Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain supplier/client relationships Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
