Duties and Responsibilities: -Work with executive leadership to determine business workforce needs and collaborate with HR Ops (plus external recruiters or sourcing channels) to help meet these needs -Creates, maintains and continously monitors the company's workforce plan -Identifies new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals -Leads the hiring process for high-priority roles, from creating/maintaining job descriptions to screening and interviewing candidates -Leads the onboarding process, ensuring success and productivity of hires within the probationary/training period -Owns the process for all employee movements (promotion, performance improvement) -Collaborates with VP on learning and development programs, initiate training needs analysis when necessary, source appropriate T&D providers, evaluate initiatives -Collaborates with VP on effective engagement programs leading to productive employees -Collaborates with VP on effective programs leading to stronger retention power of organization -Assists the VP - HR Admin in addressing staff concerns that affect productivity, employee retention, leadership, etc.

Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. -A minimum of three years in human resource management experience preferred. -A minimum of two years in talent acquisition and/or business patnership role -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. -Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. -Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. -Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
