Students from the College of Accountancy and Finance (CAF) bagged as the champion and brought home Php100,000 in the Lifehackers AIA pitching competition.
The Dried Squid team composed of Lourey Enteria, Abigail Caig, Mary Joyce De Los Reyes, Annejeline Palomo, and De Leonor Marie Sestoso won for their Marketing Solution proposal that focuses on bridging people’s digital and physical life, and highlight the importance of living a healthier, longer, and better life, and bridging the digital and physical life.
In the interview with Candy Magazine, De Leonor explained that despite having a lot of recreational sites in the Philippines, only a few offer activities that people really enjoy. Hence, the team is proposing more personalized and distinct zones that will concentrate on prioritizing the people's health and well-being while also meeting their needs in a recreational setting.
On top of the cash prize, winners also received a coveted internship opportunity at AIA Philippines.
