CTTED in cooperation with TESDA and CBA-Dept. of Entrepreneurship organized a five-day training/workshop on “Food Processing” for PUP Administrative employees from different offices last May 16, 18, 20, 23 and 25, 2016. It aimed to enhance skills, capacity and capability of the participants to transfer the technology towards commercialization of their products/output and to uplift their spirit towards becoming entrepreneurs while working or even after their retirement.
During the 1st day, TESDA Trainer Ms. Sabina V. Cunanan conducted a briefing and orientation regarding the expected outcome of the activity. She also discussed the “do’s and donts” during the Final TESDA Assessment and Evaluation held last May 28, 2016 at Malolos Martine Fisheries School and Laboratory -Tesda, Malolos Bulacan.
Below are the contents of the Module for the Training Program:
Last May 28, 2016, the participants took the final assessment/evaluation at Malolos Martine Fisheries School and Laboratoy at Malolos, Bulacan. Said assessment was divided into 3 segments: Written exam, actual food preparation/demonstration and the oral interview from the TESDA trainers.

Such activity would not be possible without the support, approval and guidance of Dr. Joseph Mercado, VP for Research, Extension, Planning and Development and also the Director of Intellectual Property Management Office, Dr. Elmer G. De Jose, with the cooperation of Prof. Zenaida San Agustin, Chairperson of CBA, Dept. of Entrepreneuship and Dr. Raquel G. Ramos, CBA Dean for allowing CTTED to use the Entrepreneurship Incubation Center at W-402.
