More than 40 newly-hired employees of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines gathered for an orientation held on July 4, 2017 at the College of Education Audio Visual Room, PUP Main Campus.
The event which was organized by the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) under the Office of the Vice President for Administration aimed to provide the newly-hired employees with necessary information to guide them in their stay in the University.
As part of the orientation, HRMD Chiefs discussed several topics regarding the University policies, benefits, documents, and promotions.
Chief Ireneo C. Delas Armas tackled HRMD Functional Chart; Chief Eduardo C. Figura dwelt on the Document Requirements; Chief Joel M. Munsayac on Benefits, Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Policies; Ms. Laura D. Galit on Performance Evaluation System; while Information and Communications Technology Office Assistant Director Severino Martinez discussed the University ICT Policies.
HRMD Director Adam V. Ramilo, Vice President for Administration Prof. Alberto C. Guillo and Executive Vice President and Vice President for Student Affairs and Services Dr. Herminia E. Manimtim graced the event.
