The Polytechnic University of the Philippines achieved a GOOD mark in the latest Anti-Red Tape Act survey conducted by the Civil Service Commission.
Servicing around 70,000 students and numerous outside clienteles, PUP still managed to receive a numerical rating of 84.62. The grades of the University on the observation of No Noon Break Policy (100.00), Presence of Anti Fixer Campaign (100.00), Physical Setup/Layout (91.07), and Service Quality (89.97), among others, constituted to the high rating of PUP in the CSC-ARTA survey.
The administration of the University believes that the results of this survey will help improve the quality of services of SUCs and, ultimately, redound to the benefit of the public that these Higher Education Institutions are committed to serving.
PUP, and other government offices have been graded based on their compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act and overall client satisfaction.
