Advisory on the Opening of Online Application for Graduation for Mid-year Graduation (First Semester) A.Y. 2025-2026

Attention Graduating Students:

The Application for Graduation for the Main Campus and all Campuses will open from October 6-31, 2025.

All graduating students are urged to address any academic deficiencies (e.g., Incomplete/Passed grades, Accreditation of Courses, Temporary Accreditation of enrolled courses) and submit all required documents (e.g., PSA Birth Certificate, F137a "Copy for PUP", Transcript of Records for Transferees with "Copy for PUP" remarks, etc.) to successfully apply.

Please ensure timely processing.

I. Toga Measurement, Payment, and Distribution

The scheduled day for the Baccalaureate Mass will also serve as the official schedule for toga measurement, payment, and distribution. Retrieval of togas shall be on the day after the scheduled graduation at the same designated area.

II. 2x2 TOR Photos

Graduating students must personally claim their 2x2 TOR photo from RELANS Digital Photography at the same studio, within fifteen (15) working days after the photo shoot. On the scheduled day of the Baccalaureate Mass, distribution of TOR photos will be limited to those who have not yet claimed theirs from the studio. This helps ensure a smooth process for securing the Transcript of Records (TOR) from the OUR. For inquiries and coordination, please refer to the contact details below.

Important Announcement for Our Mid-Year Graduates

We are pleased to announce that Mid-Year Graduates of AY 2024-2025 can now begin filing requests for their 1st copy TOR + Certificate of Graduation via the Online Document Request System (ODRS): odrs.pup.edu.ph.

For Baccalaureate (undergraduate) degrees from the Main Campus, the Office of the University Registrar will commence processing these requests on April 2, 2025.

To ensure immediate processing, please upload the following complete requirements:

Certificate of Candidacy
General Clearance
Receipt before graduation
- Proof of Payment for those not covered by RA 10931 – Free Education Law
- ODRS voucher for those covered by RA 10931 – Free Education Law
2 x 2 TOR Picture Wearing Toga

Request with lacking requirements will not be processed. Please ensure all requirements are uploaded correctly.

NOTE:

You have two options to receive your credentials once processed:

PICK-UP your documents.
DELIVERY of your documents through courier service.
