You can now request for your credentials online thru the Online Document Request System (ODRS) at odrs.pup.edu.ph for processing of the First Copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR) and Certificate of Graduation (COG). You are hereby advised to upload online the following required documents:

Certificate of Candidacy
General Clearance (cleared in all offices)
1 copy of 2x2 Colored picture in Toga with hood and cap (white background). Please see the attached required photo for your reference.
Official Receipt of payment for those not covered by R.A. 10931 also known as Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act of 2018 for the following:
1. Transcript of Records Fee
2. Certification of Graduation Fee
3. Diploma Fee
4. Graduation Fee

*Dummy diploma is no longer required.

Please submit the ORIGINAL COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS upon release of your credentials. We will not release your credentials even if only one document is missing.

Please be informed of the submission to the Registrar’s Office:

For PUP Main Baccalaureate Degree Programs – apply thru odrs.pup.edu.ph and upload the required documents.
For PUP Main Graduate Programs – submit all documents required to you by the Registrar of your respective Graduate School.
For PUP Open University System – apply thru https://odrs.pup.edu.ph/openu and upload the required documents.
For College of Law - submit all documents required to you by the Registrar of the College of Law.
For Institute of Technology – submit all documents required to you by the Registrar of the College of Technology, Pureza St. Sta. Mesa, Manila.
For Branches and Campuses – submit all documents required to you by the Registrar of your respective Branch or Campus.
