Sad to say, [that in] the Philippines, we are one of the first to have a railway system but it has been neglected. Mesa, Manila.</p> <p>In each lecture, two topics were discussed by two speakers with two-hour time frame. On November 3, Political Law was discussed by Dean Sedfrey Candelaria (Dean, Ateneo de Manila College of Law) while Labor Law was tackled by Atty. Voltaire T. Duano. On November 10, Atty. Judy Lardizabal (2008 Bar Topnotcher) focused on Civil Law while Taxation Law was reviewed by Atty. Noel M. Ortega; November 17, Commercial Law by Atty. Mesa placed fifth and sixth, respectively, in the recently concluded November 2018&nbsp;Interior Design&nbsp;Licensure&nbsp;Examination.</p> <p>Llosa posted a passing rate of 85.00, while Ricot garnered an 84.90 passing rate.&nbsp;</p> <p>PUP Sta. As a writer, you have to accomplish two things. One, help cure the blindness of others, including yourself. Mesa, Manila on October 22, 2018.</p> <p>The PUP Disaster Rescue Boat, which was made by PET bottles, was donated by the Manila Bay Sunset Partnership Program Inc., (MBSPPI) a subsidiary program of LANDBANK of the Philippines and assembled by the students from Senior High school (STEM 12-5), BPEA 1-1 and BSIT 1-1 of Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Mesa Manila.</p> <p>During the ceremony, University Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council Assistant Team Leader Jean Paul&nbsp;Martirez&nbsp;explained the importance of the rescue boat.</p> <p>PCG Pureza Sub-station Commander Abraham G. Mesa placed sixth in the said examination sharing the spot with Joanne Lynsley Go from the University of the Philippines and Aubrey Nicole Jimenez from Tarlac State University with 90.00 passing percentage.</p> <p>On the other hand, Renz Casanova Criste ranked tenth with 89.33 passing percentage.
