DFM Students Secure National Runner-Up Finish in ASEAN ESG Challenge 2026

Student delegates from the Department of Financial Management (DFM) earned national recognition after three teams advanced to the Top 10 of the ASEAN ESG Challenge 2026 – Philippine Championship, with Green Fund Partners securing the 1st Runner-Up position and bringing home a total of PHP 60,000 in prizes.

Composed of Deanna Margaret B. Baldosa, Frank Errol Y. Enriquez, and Elaizabeth R. Nucum, all students taking the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management (BSBA FM), Green Fund Partners placed second nationally and received a PHP 50,000 prize. Also advancing to the National Top 10 were Vera Verde, composed of Marjorie Cabato, Jhamae Trisha De Guia, and Justin Paul Canilang, and Banaag ReGen, composed of Bart Patrick Familar, Jio Antonio Lazaro, and Daphney Rose Santos. Both teams likewise earned PHP 5,000 each.

The teams navigated a series of challenges, from an online examination and concept note submission to case study development, presentation, and the final boardroom simulation. For Green Fund Partners, the journey was defined by continuous learning, adjustment, and perseverance. Baldosa described their experience as a “gradual process of learning, adjusting, and becoming more confident in our own work,” noting that the competition required them to move beyond understanding ESG concepts and consider how their recommendations could work in practice.

Behind the national finish were moments of uncertainty and self-doubt. Enriquez recalled feeling overwhelmed from the early stages of the competition and questioning whether their team could compete against students from established universities. Reaching the Top 10, he said, brought relief after their “sleepless nights of reviews and information overload,” while advancing to the Top 5 gave the team another opportunity to prove themselves.

Nucum likewise reflected on the sacrifices required throughout the competition, particularly the time and effort devoted to preparation. For her, securing the podium finish made “all the 28 hours worth of meeting” worthwhile, turning the challenges and sacrifices into a milestone for the team.

The pressure extended beyond the case study itself, making teamwork essential to the team’s progress. Baldosa shared that one of their biggest challenges was “managing the pressure while making sure that the quality of our analysis did not suffer.” Through open discussions, constructive criticism, and trust in one another’s strengths, the team learned that “teamwork is not about having all the answers, it is about building something stronger together.”

For Enriquez, the support of his teammates proved especially important during difficult moments. Despite the pressure and unexpected challenges during the final stages, he credited his teammates for encouraging him to continue. “I can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am to have my teammates with me,” he shared, emphasizing the strength he drew from the people who stood beside him throughout the competition.

The students also attributed their performance to the academic preparation and mentorship provided by DFM. Baldosa cited the department’s Research and Feasibility Study activities as part of the technical foundation that prepared them for the competition, while the coaches’ feedback helped strengthen their analysis, presentation, and confidence in defending their recommendations. Enriquez similarly recognized the faculty and coaches who continuously challenged their ideas and helped them prepare for the competition.

The delegation expressed its appreciation to Head Coach Gem B. Galupar, Christian Neil A. Ramos, Dr. Antonette G. Belago, Dr. Elizabeth F. Perez, Jorge Edward Chang, and alumni coaches Frances San Juan and Laujen Joy Endozo for their guidance and support throughout the competition.

Beyond the awards, the students hope their experience encourages fellow PUPians to take opportunities despite uncertainty. Baldosa urged fellow students “not to be afraid to start before you feel ready,” while Enriquez offered a direct message to those struggling with self-doubt: “JUST TRY. JUST DO IT.” Nucum likewise encouraged her fellow PUPians to “never stop aiming for the best” and to seize opportunities to achieve bigger things.

The achievement highlights PUP students’ ability to translate academic learning into practical solutions for sustainability and financial challenges while embodying the University’s Core Values of Integrity, an Excellence. Alignment and continuous support yield top finishes in September 2026 LCBLE

Sintang Paaralan continues its tradition of excellence in licensure examinations, ranking among the top-performing institutions and producing a topnotcher in the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination.

According to the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on September 7, PUP Sta. Mesa Campus ranked 7th among 94 participating universities and colleges, posting a 90.24% passing rate, with 37 out of 41 examinees successfully passing the examination.

Adding to the University’s achievement, Ryu Saguiped of PUP Sta. Mesa Campus secured the 9th spot among the topnotchers, earning an impressive 91.25% rating in the licensure examination.

The Secret to Success: Alignment and Continuous Support

Dr. Rhodora R. Julian, Chairperson of the Department of Library and Information Sciences (DLIS) of the College of Education (COED) expressed pride in this distinction, noting that it represents the dedication of the entire PUP Community who played an integral part in preparing the licensure examination takers.

“This achievement reflects the dedication of our graduates, the LLE takers, our alumni who helped us in the review sessions, the student organization who assisted us during the review sessions in terms of technical aspects, the commitment of our faculty members and the strong support of the college and the university.” She said.

“It only shows that our department, through our faculty members, consistently provides quality education and effective preparation for the professional practice of librarianship.” Julian added.

The DLIS chairperson shared key strategies that enabled better preparations towards aspiring librarians: the integration of the PRC-Table of Specifications (PRC-TOS) into the course syllabus and assessment to ensure its alignment with the commission’s objectives. She further added that the department facilitated free review sessions a month before the exam, with its faculty members and alumni serving as review masters.

Julian congratulated the new PUPian licensed librarians for their hard work, sacrifices, and diligence, noting that this only shows the University’s commitment in producing competent and successful professionals who can meet the national standards and contribute to the development of the library and information science profession.

‘The program chose me’

For Saguiped, this victory reflected his passion and genuine love for the field. He shared that this program “chose me more than me choosing it as a path of my career.”

“It was only a product of my genuine curiosity that led me to discover the vast beauty of information services that transcend not just within the four corners of the library, but also to the various industries that drive information for progress, innovation, and success,” the topnotcher stated.

He then credited the BLIS program and the Sintang Paaralan with allowing him to explore the different aspects of librarianship and to understand its crucial impact in an evolving information society, particularly in the country. Now a practicing librarian, he said that all the theoretical foundations of library science he gained from the University are being “translated into meaningful services such as managing resources, assisting users, and handling instructional programs.”

Saguiped added: “Being a PUPian taught me to be resilient, to make the most out of what you have and transform this into a force for productivity and development. They made me appreciate it even more because the field of librarianship connects people with information and further the advancement of a community who are well educated and critical thinkers.”

Addressing the aspiring librarians of the Sintang Paaralan, he spoke of three guiding principles: be seen, be bold, and be triumphant, as PUPians challenge themselves in achieving more than they expected of themselves.

“To my fellow BLISkolars and aspiring librarians, I hope that you are not just after passing the board and getting your license. I hope that you are also ready to embody the mandate of the librarianship profession. I hope you are ready to protect information integrity, expand its accessibility, and nurture its availability. Together, let us build our libraries and information centers as powerful institutions of knowledge, growth, and development.”

This outstanding showing in the September 2026 LCBLE underscores the Sintang Paaralan’s dedication to developing skilled, practice-ready librarians who embody the ideals of the Sintang Paaralan. Parañaque Campus Faculty Earns Best Paper Award at Globe Summit

PUP Parañaque Campus strengthened its international research engagement as it co-organized the 3rd Globe Summit Global Leadership in Hospitality and Tourism Management held on September 5, 2026, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In partnership with the Academia Research Lab and Central Philippines State University, the summit brought together faculty members and student researchers from various countries to present studies and exchange insights on emerging trends and issues in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Representing the University, Inst. Rodel Mendoza of the PUP Parañaque Campus earned the Best Paper Presenter Award for his research, “Tourism Competitiveness of Parañaque City: Challenges, Opportunities, and Development Strategies for a Sustainable Tourism Development.” The study examined key challenges and opportunities in strengthening Parañaque City’s tourism competitiveness toward sustainable tourism development.

Meanwhile, Assoc. Prof. Sheyl Sharima Morales of the PUP Taguig Campus delivered the welcome remarks during the opening program, representing the University in the international gathering.

The summit concluded with participants committing to advance research and collaboration on emerging trends and advocacies in the hospitality and tourism industry. PUP’s participation as co-organizer and the recognition received by its faculty highlight the University’s continuing efforts to advance research excellence, international collaboration, and service to communities and industries.

The Alumni Relations and Career Development Office (ARCDO) facilitated the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing between the University and the Meralco Power Academy (MPA) on September 3, 2026, at the ARCDO Conference Room, PUP Sampaguita Building. PUP President Muhi ranks 5th among PH state university presidents with Scopus publications

Sta. Mesa, Manila, Philippines (September 3, 2026) — Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) President Manuel M. Muhi, D.Tech., ASEAN Engr., ranked fifth among the country’s top 10 state university and college (SUC) presidents who publish in Scopus-indexed journals, according to a list released by Global Health Focus (GHF) University Excellence on August 13, 2026. GHF is a private research analytics group that tracks the research output of universities in the Philippines and across Asia.

The list credits Dr. Muhi with 13 Scopus-indexed documents and 47 citations, at an h-index of 4. He is one of only ten SUC presidents nationwide that GHF identified as active Scopus-indexed researchers. His background as licensed civil engineer while also actively moving up the academic ladder, contributed to his desire to strengthen research production and utilization among his priorities for the university.

His research portfolio covers transportation engineering and urban mobility (i.e., road systems, rail transit accessibility, traffic flow of public transportation, and emissions and air quality); environmental engineering and sustainable infrastructure; structural engineering and infrastructure monitoring; and the use of sustainable construction materials. Recent research publications focused more on engineering management and project management, consistent with his supervisory roles in research projects and other engineering initiatives.

For PUP, the recognition reflects the administration’s emphasis on research leadership by example. It also emphasizes the University’s commitment to its enduring vision of being an epistemic community, while also gearing itself as a leading polytechnic university in Asia.

Increasing research outputs and support for faculty researchers

Since 2020, PUP has recorded sustained growth in its research output. Based on the University data from the Scopus database, PUP now leads all polytechnic universities and colleges in the country in indexed publications. It also ranks first among SUCs in Metro Manila and third among SUCs and local universities and colleges nationwide, with 796 Scopus-indexed papers logged between 2019 and 2026. The university also entered the QS World University Rankings in Asia for the first time during his term.

Research Management Office (RMO) Director Dr. Jackie D. Urrutia said the increase traces back to the President’s initiative to enhance research-based incentives.

"We built a roadmap to carry faculty from research production all the way to publication. Since 2020, the number of PUP publications has risen substantially."

Under applicable University policies and subject to eligibility and approval requirements, qualified faculty researchers may receive support for publications, citations, conference presentations, and teaching deloads.

Publication incentives may reach PHP 50,000 while citation incentives may reach PHP 5,000 depending on the journal’s classification and other policy requirements. Funding support may also reach PHP 150,000 for approved paper presentations outside the ASEAN region and PHP 100,000 for those within it.

Eligible research project leaders may receive a teaching deload of up to 12 units, while qualified co-authors may receive up to six units. These arrangements give faculty members dedicated time to conduct research alongside their teaching responsibilities.

Urrutia said Dr. Muhi’s own publishing record contributes weight to the administration’s call for greater faculty participation research.

"No faculty member can argue with a call to publish when the leader is doing it himself," Urrutia said. "That is leadership by example, and it is why the message lands."

Alongside its research incentives, PUP is working to improve the facilities available to researchers. Starting his second term, Dr. Muhi said the College of Engineering and Architecture would be turned into a Science, Engineering and Technology Hub so that PUP's researchers work in one place instead of scattered across the campus. Laboratory upgrades are also planned for the campuses outside Sta. Mesa.

With stronger research support, continued facilities development, and closer collaboration among faculty members and students, PUP aims to sustain the growth of its research output through the remainder of Dr. Muhi’s term in 2028.

Student Innovators Clinch Two Awards at ASEAN AI Hackathon 2026

Sintang Paaralan secured two awards at the ASEAN AI Hackathon 2026 Grand Finale, held on August 21, 2026, at Duy Tan University in Da Nang, Vietnam. PUPQ-Hackbigans earned Second Runner-Up, while PUP-ATLAN received the Most Innovative AI Award. Both teams are from the PUP Sta. Mesa Campus College of Engineering.

Both teams advance to the Top 16 Grand Finalists from more than 200 participants representing universities across ASEAN member countries, showcasing PUP’s growing strength in artificial intelligence and student-led innovation.

Composed of Carl Sebastian Echevarria Barcelona, Marjoy M. Caranto, Jef Romo Lecias, Mary Ruth Pesidas Relator, and Jared Dean Reyes Tiu, with Dr. Cherry Casuat and Kyne Domerei Laggui as mentors, PUPQ-Hackbigans earned the Second Runner-Up distinction in the Public Health category for NADI (Offline-First AI Maternal Care Platform).

NADI provides AI-assisted clinical decision support to frontline health workers in remote communities, particularly in areas with limited internet connectivity. The platform can process health information offline, identify critical maternal health warning signs, and securely synchronize data once connectivity becomes available.

Meanwhile, PUP-ATLAN, composed of Carlos Jerico Dela Torre, Yushin Bjorn Matsuda, Rica Mae Mago, Ma. Kristina Espina, and Russell Jay Fajardo, all third-year Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering students, earned the Most Innovative AI Award for MATRIX (Multi-Agent Twin for Routing and Infrastructure eXchange).

MATRIX uses artificial intelligence and digital twin technology to simulate infrastructure scenarios before implementation, enabling stakeholders to assess potential behavioral, ecological, economic, and societal impacts and make more informed decisions for urban planning.

For PUP-ATLAN, preparation began with understanding the problem before developing the technology.

“Our preparation began with the problem, not the solution, and we loved the problem enough to understand it from every angle,” the team shared.

The team strengthened its technical and problem-solving capabilities through continuous research, rapid prototyping, and validation, while PUP supported its participation through the Technology Business Incubation and Development Office (TBIDO). The office provided a co-working space, alongside administrative, communications, and mentorship support from various University offices and units.

PUP-ATLAN also demonstrated resilience when its travel permission was declined only 16 hours before its scheduled flight to Da Nang. Despite being unable to travel with the team, the members continued participating remotely and ultimately secured the Most Innovative AI Award.

“We cannot control every circumstance, but we can control how we respond to it,” the team said.

Representing PUP and the Philippines further strengthened the team’s sense of purpose, particularly as three of its five members had never participated in a hackathon before.

“I was competing for the growth and experience of every member of ATLAN, for the potential of every PUPian, and for the Filipino students who dream of competing on a stage like this,” the team shared.

The twin victories of PUPQ-Hackbigans and PUP-ATLAN affirm the University’s commitment to cultivating students who transform knowledge, creativity, and technology into solutions for real-world challenges. Their achievements also demonstrate how experiential learning and innovation opportunities can equip PUPians with the skills and confidence to compete on the regional stage.

The accomplishments contribute to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being, through NADI’s focus on maternal health; SDG 4: Quality Education, through student-centered learning, skills development, and innovation; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, through the development of AI-driven technologies; SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, through MATRIX’s application to sustainable urban planning; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through regional participation and collaboration.

Three Alumni Rank Among Topnotchers in August 2026 CPMLE

Sintang Paaralan once again sustained the University’s tradition of licensure examinations excellence when three of its graduates ranked among the topnotchers in the August 2026 Certified Plant Mechanics Licensure Examinations.

According to the results released on August 13 by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), three PUP alumni—Simon Matthew Patdu of PUP Taguig Campus, Mansueto Patenio Jr. of PUP Sta. Mesa Campus, and Johan Matthew Patdu of PUP Taguig Campus—ranked 2nd, 7th, and 10th respectively, with scores of 86.45%, 84.55%, and 84.05%.

Dr. Rhyan V. Molinar, Director of the PUP Taguig Campus, expressed pride in this accomplishment, noting that it is the result of PUP’s “strong commitment to academic excellence, quality instruction, and student success.”

“Producing top-performing examinees demonstrates that PUP Taguig's academic programs effectively develop the knowledge, technical competencies, and problem-solving skills required in the mechanical and industrial sectors,” he said.

He added that the campus has leveraged faculty expertise to ensure rigorous instruction, mentoring, coaching, and continuous academic support.

“The integration of technical instruction, practical learning, collaborative activities, competency-based assessment, and the CEREBRAL: Academic Excellence and Competitive Learning Program creates a supportive environment where academically promising students are identified, nurtured, and challenged to achieve their highest potential.” Molinar stated.

The PUP Taguig Campus Director congratulated the new PUPian plant mechanics for their hard work, sacrifices, and diligence in reaching this point, noting that this achievement reinforces the University's reputation as an institution committed to producing competent, highly skilled, and industry-ready professionals.

“The success of its graduates demonstrates the effectiveness of PUP's public higher education mission and strengthens confidence among industry partners, government agencies, parents, students, and other stakeholders. Ultimately, the CPMLE accomplishment goals will become a powerful benchmark of academic excellence and institutional performance, inspiring other universities and programs to pursue continuous improvement and excellence,” he added.

In addition, the PUP Sta. Mesa Campus and the PUP Taguig Campus achieved a perfect 100% passing rate during the examination, signifying continued licensure exams excellence.

Isinagawa ang webinar noong Agosto 5, 2026 sa pamamagitan ng MS Teams upang itaguyod ang isang ligtas, suportado, at inklusibong akademiko at lugar-paggawa para sa buong Komunidad ng PUP.

Tinalakay ni Asst. Prof. Brent B. Soriano, Communication Officer ng Communication Management Office (CMO) at guro sa Department of Sociology and Anthropology - College of Social Sciences and Development (CSSD), ang paksang “Bias-Free and Inclusive Language.”

Ipinaliwanag ni Soriano na ang walang-pinapanigang wika (bias-free language) ay gumagamit ng mga salita at pahayag na umiiwas sa pagtatangi, stereotyping, hindi makatarungang paghusga, at diskriminasyon laban sa mga indibidwal o grupo. Samantala, tinitiyak ng inklusibong wika (inclusive language) na tinatrato ang lahat nang may paggalang at dignidad, anuman ang kanilang kasarian.

Binigyang-diin din niya ang kahalagahan ng tumpak na paglalarawan sa mga tao nang hindi sila nililimitahan sa mga stereotype o label. Kapag nagkamali sa paggamit ng wika, mahalagang kilalanin ang pagkakamali, itama ito, at magpatuloy nang may pagkatuto upang makabuo ng mas inklusibo, magalang, at pantay na kapaligiran.

Ipinaalala rin ni Soriano na hindi nangangahulugan ang inclusive language na kailangang laging sabihin ang “perpektong” salita. Higit sa lahat, mahalagang patuloy na magsikap na makipagkomunikasyon nang may respeto. Kapag may nagawang pagkakamali, dapat itong tugunan nang mahinahon at konstruktibo sa pamamagitan ng pagpapaliwanag kung bakit maaaring nakasasakit ang isang salita o pahayag. Dapat ding maging kalmado, taos-puso, at maayos ang layunin sa pagtugon.

Sa pagtatapos ng talakayan, binigyang-diin ni Soriano na maaaring iulat sa mga nararapat na PUP channel ang mga patuloy na paglabag sa gender-fair language upang mabigyan ng angkop na aksyon.

Sa pamamagitan ng webinar, muling pinagtibay ng Sintang Paaralan ang pangako nitong bumuo at magpanatili ng mga inklusibo at gender-fair na espasyo, alinsunod sa United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5: Gender Equality at SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng PUP ang mga programang nagpapalawak ng gender sensitivity at awareness ng mga Iskolar ng Bayan at kawani ng Unibersidad, tungo sa isang mas inklusibo, makatarungan, at may paggalang na Komunidad ng PUP.

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – Open University System (OUS) will host the 39th Annual Conference of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU) on October 22-24, 2026.

Sipag at Kaalaman, Naghatid kay Bacual sa Top 6 ng Food Technologists Licensure Exam

Pinatunayan ni John Christopher Torres Bacual, Bachelor of Science in Food Technology graduate, ang husay at pagpupursigi ng Iskolar ng Bayan matapos makamit ang Top 6 sa August 2026 Professional Food Technologists Licensure Examination na may 88.50% rating, habang nagtala naman ang pamantasan ng 83.02% overall performance sa naturang pagsusulit.

Hindi man Food Technology ang unang kursong pinili ni Bacual, unti-unting lumalim ang kaniyang interes sa larangan dahil sa kaniyang pagkahilig sa pagkain at pagnanais na maunawaan kung paano gumagana ang bawat sangkap sa food products. Lalong umigting ang kaniyang interes noong ikalawang semestre ng sophomore year nang mabigyan siya ng mga oportunidad na makilala ang propesyon at komunidad ng Food Technology.

“I was exposed to several opportunities that showed me how exciting and nice a career in Food Technology is, and how great the community is.”

(Nabigyan ako ng iba’t ibang oportunidad na nagpakita sa akin kung gaano kapana-panabik at kaganda ang karera sa Food Technology, gayundin kung gaano kaganda ang komunidad nito.)

Malaki rin ang naging bahagi ng Department of Food Technology ng Sintang Paaralan, kaniyang mga guro, at mga kapwa mag-aaral sa kaniyang tagumpay. Para kay Bacual, ang suportang kaniyang natanggap ang nagpalakas sa kaniyang loob na ipagpatuloy ang paglalakbay tungo sa licensure.

“They were such big factors for this achievement, and I dedicate this win to them.”

(Malaki ang naging bahagi nila sa pagkamit ng tagumpay na ito, kaya iniaalay ko sa kanila ang panalong ito.)

Sa kaniyang anim na taonn sa pamantasan, higit pa sa akademikong kaalaman ang kaniyang natutuhan. Hinubog siya upang maging mapagkumbaba, malikhain, matatag, at mapagtiyaga, habang pinapalalim ang kaniyang malasakit sa bayan at kamalayan sa mga isyung panlipunan.

“PUP definitely molded me into the person that I am now.”

(Malaki talaga ang naging bahagi ng PUP sa paghubog sa akin bilang taong ako ngayon.)

Dala niya ang mga aral na ito sa kaniyang pagpasok sa industriya, kung saan nais niyang gamitin ang kaniyang kaalaman sa Food Technology sa mas holistic, responsable, at makabuluhang paraan upang makapaglingkod sa mga tao at sa bansa.

Hindi rin naging madali ang kaniyang paghahanda para sa licensure examination. Inamin ni Bacual na nakaranas siya ng mga panahong nakaramdam ng pagkatalo at kawalan ng motibasyon, ngunit naging mahalagang sandigan niya ang kaniyang support system at mga kapwa Iskolar ng Bayan.

“It is not every day that we are driven and motivated but still showing up increases our odds of winning.”

(Hindi araw-araw ay mayroon tayong sapat na sigla at motibasyon, ngunit ang patuloy na pagharap at pagsisikap ay nagpapataas ng ating pagkakataong magtagumpay.)

Hinikayat niya ang mga kapwa mag-aaral na huwag labis na panghinaan ng loob kapag hindi agad nakakamit ang inaasam na resulta at patuloy na pahalagahan ang sariling progreso. Sa mga aspiring Food Technologists naman, hinikayat niya silang mahalin ang kanilang larangan at gamitin ang propesyon sa paglilingkod sa bayan.

“Thank you for your interest in feeding the nation and I hope you will love the program as much as I do… Padayon!”

(Maraming salamat sa inyong interes na makatulong sa pagpapakain sa bansa. Nawa’y mahalin ninyo ang programang ito tulad ng pagmamahal ko rito… Padayon!)

Ang tagumpay ni Bacual, kasama ang 83.02% overall performance ng pamantasan, ay sumasalamin sa diwa ng INSPIRED, partikular sa Excellence, Passion for Learning and Innovation, Sense of Service, Nationalism, Integrity and Accountability. Ipinakikita rin nito kung paano maaaring gamitin ang edukasyon at Food Technology upang makapag-ambag sa SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), at SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Sa 83.02% overall performance at Top 6 finish ni Bacual, muling ipinakita ng Iskolar ng Bayan na ang kahusayan ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa marka, kundi sa pagpupursiging matuto, tapang na magpatuloy, at paninindigang gamitin ang kaalaman para sa bayan.
