The College of Engineering is one of the constituent colleges of the University and one of the premier engineering schools in the Philippines. The College confer degrees in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communications engineering, industrial engineering, computer engineering, and railway engineering.

Dr. Manuel M. MuhiOn behalf of the faculty, staff, and students of the College of Engineering of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, I would like to welcome you to our Website. For more than three decades of existence, the College of Engineering shows its core competence of providing quality of instructional program and committed to deliver quality education, strengthen research and development, and foster a dynamic industry-government linkage.  The College of Engineering catering more than 5,000 undergraduate students makes a substantial contribution to educate and train future leaders in engineering to meet the country’s demand for well-trained and well-educated engineers.

Continuing with our tradition of blending core engineering fundamentals with technical and managerial skills development, the College of Engineering provides a ladderized engineering program to our students as best preparation for a life-long career in a highly competitive and state-of-the-art working environment in the future realizing long-term contribution to the technological, economic and social advancement of the country.

Our past investments and unrelenting efforts produced topnotch and successful engineers contributed to be one of the leading engineering institution in the country focusing in the technology and research based orientation because the College of Engineering firmly believe that the university must take up the challenge of technological innovation, responding to the formidable challenge of the society and environment and enriching human society.

The College of Engineering offers seven bachelor degree programs, namely: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE), Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCOE), Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE), Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE), Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and Bachelor of Science in Railway Engineering and Management (BSREM). The College of Engineering has a diverse specialization of highly qualified and committed faculty members who acquired their degrees in highly respectable academic institution locally and abroad. Some faculty members serves as consultants, managers and supervisors from the industry and government agencies such as telecommunications, construction and design, manufacturing, public works, power sectors, etc.
