The Office of Scholarship and Financial and Assistance (OSFA) shall be the University's lead office in helping the economically-challenged but talented and deserving students improve their present lifestyle through education.
The OSFA coordinates, systematizes and administers the University's scholarship and financial assistance programs for the economically disadvantaged but talented and deserving students not only in its main campus, but also in its branches and campuses.
The general objective of the OSFA is to systematize and professionalize the implementation of the scholarship and financial assistance programs of the University in accordance with existing guidelines and policies.
