Description:

Join the Marketing and Digital team to manage paid ads, email campaigns, and social media, while supporting digital initiatives, reporting, and cross-department coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Selected applicant will be joining the Marketing and Digital team of Charlton Media Group. As a Marketing and Digital associate, you will be working together with the team to execute some of the following tasks:

 

• Launching and optimising paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
• Coordinating with the account managers and representatives from the social media platforms to optimise the campaigns.
• Reporting and analysing campaign results.
• Creating and sending out compelling EDMs to the company database.
• Reporting the EDM results.
• Posting of social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Managing the social media pages of the company.
• Coordinating with the various department within the company, depending on the needed tasks.
• Researching and implementing new and necessary initiatives in the digital landscape of the company.
• Helping in managin the website

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies or Administration and Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, IT, or equivalent.
• Open to understanding and digilent fresh graduates.
• Must have an excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Must have a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience with the tasks above are a plus.
