Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts. Conduct market research to idetify trends, competitors, and target demographics. Develop comprehensive marketings plans for individual properties or real estate projects. Implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and online listings. Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines. Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations etc. Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over social media. Create visually appealing designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials using Canva. Maintain brand consitency across all visuals and designs. Assist with the setup and management of podcast episodes, including editing, uploading and publishing. Managing podcast platforms, show notes, guest coordinations, and promotion strategies. Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Qualifications: Knowledgeable and skilled in marketing, advertising and design is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communication and marketing skills. Social Media Marketing expertise. Sales expertise Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, and the Google Suite. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
