Advisory for Transfer and Re-Admission to PUP Main Campus

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Main Campus will start accepting application for TRANSFEREES for First Semester, AY 2024-2025 from August 27-30, 2024:

Applicants must submit ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS in person at the Office of the Admission and Registration located at W-107, PUP Main Building, Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Qualifications:

• Must be incoming second year only
• Must have completed two semesters (for semestral) or three semesters (for trimestral) in any four- or five-year degree program in any CHED-accredited college/university
• With General Weighted Average of 2.00 and above
• With no failing grade, Dropped, Withdrawn, or Incomplete grades

NOTE:  ACCEPTANCE TO THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM BEING APPLIED FOR IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SLOTS.  Successful applicants will be notified through email and will be instructed to submit complete list of requirements.

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Main Campus will start accepting applications for RE-ADMISSION from August 19 to 23, 2024.

Applicants must submit ORIGINAL copies of the following documents in person at the Office of the Admission and Registration located at W-107, PUP Main Building.

1. Re-Admission Form (Reference Slip).  Downloadable from the PUP website under Downloads (For Student – Application for Re-admission)
2. Informative Copy of Grades (ICG).  Request a copy of ICG through the Online Document Request System (Go to this link:  https://odrs.pup.edu.ph)
3. Curriculum sheet
4. Two (2) 2” x 2” colored picture with name tag (Last name, First name and Middle name)
5. Copy of latest registration card
6. Receipt as proof of payment for re-admission fee

Please make sure that the information provided are true and correct and documents submitted are complete to avoid delays in processing the application. Applicants are also advised to provide their latest contact number.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  SUBMISSION DOES NOT MEAN AUTOMATIC ADMISSION. Successful applicants will be notified through email and will be instructed to submit complete list of requirements.
