Invitation to Food and Non-Food Stall Concessionaires

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) through the Resource Generation Office (RGO) is now accepting applications from interested food and non-food stall concessionaires to operate in PUP Main Campus (Lagoon, and outside Lagoon area).

Requirements:

1. Letter of Intent
2. DTI Certificate/SEC Registration
3. Business Permit
4. Barangay Clearance
5. Sanitary Permit (for food stall)
6. Health Certification of Personnel
7. Proof of Billing (in the name of applicant)
8. Photocopy of Government Issued ID
9. Organizational Chart with Photo
10. List of Menu (for food stall)
11. List of Office Supplies for sale (non-food)
12. Services Offered (non-food)
13. Business Application Fee (PHP 150.00)

Interested parties are required to submit business proposals and documents to RGO, subject to the basic terms and conditions as stipulated in RGO FORM 4-R summarizing the pre-qualification documentary requirements. (Annex A)

• Scan all documents and send to rgo@pup.edu.ph up to July 1, 2022, 5:00 PM.
• Applications with incomplete documents submitted will not be processed for evaluation.
• Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
