PUPSHS Online Enrollment Confirmation

This is for current Grade 11 students of the PUP Senior High School.

The schedule of enrollment confirmation is from November 3 to 10, 2016.

1. Go to https://www.pup.edu.ph/shs/
2. Click “Enrollment Confirmation”
3. Type your Student Number, Birth Date, and Password (this is the same as your PUPSIS account)
   
4. Review your personal information and subjects for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2016-2017
   
5. Click “Confirm Enrollment”
6. Click “View Enrollment Confirmation Document” to download your enrollment confirmation documents
   
7. Print your Enrollment Confirmation Document. Submit the registrar’s copy to the PUPSHS Office of the Principal starting November 7, 2016
