For Applicants seeking Re-admission (Admission Services Advisory 1 S 2021)

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines will start accepting application for re-admission from September 13 to 17, 2021.

All interest applicants must submit the SCANNED COPIES of the following documents to re-admission.transferees@pup.edu.ph:

1. Re-Admission Form (Reference Slip). Download the form from the PUP Website under Downloads (For Students – Application for Re-admission)
2. Informative Copy of Grades. Request a copy through the Online Document Request System (https://odrs@pup.edu.ph).
3. Curriculum Sheet
4. One (1)  2” x 2” colored picture with white background and name tag on the photo (Last name, First name, Middle name).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Submission does not mean immediate admission. The Admission Services will still evaluate the credentials and the successful applicants will be informed of the schedule of enrollment through email.
