1. To expedite the processing of your request, please download the needed Thesis forms by clicking the link below before coming to the IODE director’s office: https://www.pup.edu.ph/ous/forms.aspx
2. For your reference, please download from the PUP Website the University Thesis and Dissertation manual to conform with the new thesis parts, format and style by clicking the link below:

For students with waiver: The result of Comprehensive Examination will not be released until all requirements are fulfilled. Deadline of compliance will be on November 23, 2019.
