The 2014 Year-End Commencement Exercises Schedule of Activities

ATTENTION: 2014 Graduating Students of PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila

1. Commencement Exercises

Venue: Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), CCP Complex, Pasay City, Metro Manila

PICC RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Formal attire shall be required for entry in PICC, otherwise PICC can refuse entry of anybody inappropriately attired.
2. The following are strictly prohibited: food, bottled water, liquor, prohibited drugs, poster, CAMERA and all forms of contraband.
3. Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the Center.
4. Children below seven (7) years old are not allowed entry before, during and after the commencement exercises.
5. Cellular phones and two-way radios must be switched-off inside Meeting Rooms and Halls where events are going on.
6. Only authorized photographers are allowed to take pictures inside the PICC during the graduation ceremonies.
7. PICC has full authority within the premises and reserves the right to control, regulate, inspect, refuse entry to or prohibit any person and materials inimical to or that violate/s Philippine laws and PICC rules and regulations.

2. Distribution of Tickets

A. Undergraduate Students

Venue: Information and Communication Technology Office, Phase 2 Computer Laboratory 2, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
 

Bring the following in claiming the ticket:

• For manual enrolment:
  • DULY SIGNED GENERAL CLEARANCE
  • CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
• For SIS enrolment:
  • DULY SIGNED GENERAL CLEARANCE
  • CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
  • GRADUATION AND ALUMNI FEES RECEIPTS 

B. Graduating Students

Claim the graduation tickets at the Registrar’s Office of the Open University for the OU graduating students and the Graduate School for the GS graduating students.

3. Rehearsal

Venue: PUP OVAL
 

Advisory to the Working Committees

Coordination meeting in PICC has been moved from April 29, 2014 (Tuesday), 12:00 NN to April 30, 2014, 10:00 AM.

Assembly Area: Front of the Office of the University Registrar, 8:30 AM. Vehicle/s will leave at 8:45 AM
