Invitation to Submit Proposals/Quotations for School Uniforms of Freshman Students COED

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), through the Resource Generation Office (RGO), invites interested suppliers/providers to submit proposals/quotations for the school uniform of freshman students of the College of Education in PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila for the Academic Year 2015-2016.

Deadline for the submission of proposals is on Monday, July 27, 2015. Sealed proposals/quotations must be submitted at the RGO, 2^nd Floor Dome, Main Building, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Proposal shall include the following:

1. Business Permit

2. DTI/SEC Registration

3. BIR Certificate of Registration

4. Barangay Clearance

5. Business/Establishment location map and photocopy of a valid government-issued ID of the registered owner/s.

6. Proofs of Projects Conducted (Pictures)
