Advisory on the Submission of Online Application for Graduation and Other Scheduled Activities for Year-End Graduation (Second Semester) A.Y. 2022-2023

Please be informed that the Online Application for Graduation for the Main Campus and all Branches and Satellite Campuses will be from April 10 to May 10, 2023.  All graduating students are advised to process their academic deficiencies such as Incomplete (INC), Not-s (Not-S), and Passed (P) grades, as well as the Accreditation of Courses taken, and Temporary Accreditation of currently enrolled courses during this period.

Non-academic requirements such as PSA Birth Certificate, Form 137A/Form 137-SHS with remarks “Copy for PUP”, Transcript of Records with remarks “Copy for PUP” for Transferee, and other documents needed for the application must be processed on or before July 11, 2023.

DANPEL ELEGANCE TOGA and EL PRIMO PHOTOGRAPHY, the University’s official Toga and Photo Supplier will hold the TOGA Measurement and Distribution, and Delivery of Photo Services on the following dates:

For Year End Commencement Exercises:

• Photo availment will start on 14^th of April 2023 with the following schedule, from 9:00am to 4:00pm only, following the health and safety protocols of the University.

The venue will be at the Ground Floor of Engineering Science and Research Center (ESRC) Building, Anonas Street PUP Sta. Mesa Campus, Manila for Main Campus.
