Please be informed that the University President has approved the posting of ninety eight (98) Vacant Administrative Positions including the Board of Regents (BOR) – approved General Guidelines on Selection, Promotion, and Change of Status of Applicants for First-Level and Second-Level Administrative Positions.The HRMPSB shall be accepting applicants for twenty five (25) second level and seventy three (73) first level vacant positions. All interested applicants must satisfy the requirements for eligibility and procedures set forth in the general guidelines.
An applicant must prepare and personally submit two (2) hard copies of the following requirements to the Office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA) on or before March 28, 2025:
Reminder: Please be informed that incomplete documents will not be accepted until such time that correct and complete documents are provided by the applicant. The correct and complete documents listed may be submitted to Ms. Marica T. Trinidad of the OVPA.
The vacant positions and guidelines are posted at the CSC Website, PUP Website, at the Human Resource Management Department Bulletin Board, and at the designated Bulletin Board of PUP Campuses.
