Â¹You must have an Internet connection
Using your Web browserÂ¹, go to
After the Welcome page loads, select Textbooks;
your Student Number and Complete Name, then select your College and
Course, then type your Year and Section, and click Continue. This
will open the PUP Bookstore homepage.

Click Search to display the list of books. You can also search for
specific books based on Authorâ€™s name, Title or Publisher.

click the cart icon to add that book to the cart.
You can repeat this step to add more books. Remember, you are only
allowed to order eight (8) kinds of book with a maximum of
Forty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP 48,000.00) per transaction.
Click My Cart to view your selected books.
Check and verify the books and quantity that you will order. You can
change the quantity of each book here. Click
remove a book.
To add another book, click Order Now. You can always click My
Cart if you want to verify your order.
Click Proceed to Checkout to finalize your order. A popup window
will open. Click OK to continue or Cancel to go back to the cart
Click Download Order Slip. You will need a PDF reader to open and
view your Order Slip.
Open your Order Slip and print. Your Order Slip may have more
than one (1) page depending on the number of books you ordered.
Please print ALL pages.
Note: Detach/Cut your Order Slip only AFTER you have already paid
at the PUP Cashier.
Go to the PUP Cashierâ€™s Office and present ALL the pages of
your Order Slip together with your payment.
Always CHECK CAREFULLY the printed name and amount in your
official receipt, your Order Slip, and your change (sukli).
Detach the portions of the Order Slip.
Note: Always keep the cashier-validated Studentâ€™s Copy and your
official receipt in a safe place.
Claim your books at the COED AVR (4/F East Wing facing Interfaith
Schedule of Services
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
5. Leave the PUP Bookstore Order Slip (Publisher's
copy) to the bookstore where you claimed the book
