The Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS) program is a four-year degree program which focuses on the design and implementation of computer-based information systems and other ICT solutions to address the demands in existing business processes.
The program prepares students to become IT professionals with primary competencies in the areas of business process analysis and reengineering, change management, systems integration, systems implementation, system evaluation/quality assurance, and software maintenance.
The program also requires a Capstone project. It should be in the form of an information systems development and implementation as a business solution for an industry need.
Admission requirements for the BSIS programs are as follows:
CCIS shall implement the policies and guidelines on “SCHOLASTIC DELINQUENCY” found in Section 12 of the PUP Student Handbook.
After satisfactorily completing all the requirements leading to a BSIS degree, students may qualify for but not limited to the following entry level positions:
