Reminders:

1. Please come on the date specifies for your college/program to avoid inconvenience
2. Please keep the proof of payment provided, as this will be used to claim your photos/toga

Requirements: One (1) original and one (1) photocopy** of the following documents:

1. Certificate of Candidacy
2. Clearance
   
   ** Photocopy will be submitted to the OSS upon claiming the ticket/s

Notes:

• Candidates from the undergraduate level and Diploma programs are entitled to two (2) tickets only: one for the candidate and one for parent/guardian.
• Candidates graduating with honors are entitled to three (3): one for the candidate and two for the parents/guardians
• Candidates from the graduate level, College of Law, and post-baccalaureate programs are entitled to three tickets: one for the candidate and two for parents/guardians.
• Candidates from the graduate level, College of Law, and post baccalaureate programs may avail of up to two more tickets.  Price of each ticket is three hundred pesos (PhP 300.00) and can be availed at the Office of Student Services.
