Adult Learning and Development: The Essentials

Pre-Registration Procedure

1. Fill-up the online pre-registration form, click the Submit button and print the “Your response was submitted” page.
2. Pay the registration fee (Php 4,000.00) through the following options:
   1. Direct deposits to:
      Polytechnic University of the Philippines
      Account No. 06282-1020-63
      Land Bank of the Philippines
       
      Please indicate title of seminar/course on the deposit slip through the Account Name option(example:  Polytechnic University of the Philippines Adult Learning Seminar), and email a copy of the validated deposit slip to icpd@pup.edu.ph
       
   2. Cash payment to Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Mabini Campus, Sta. Mesa, Manila.
      
      Go to the PUP Accounting Office at the South Wing Ground Floor to get order of payment.  Do not forget to state title of seminar/course.
      
      Then proceed to the PUP Cashier (also at the South Wing Ground Floor) for the actual payment.
      
      Proceed to PUP OUS Institute for Continuing Professional Development, 4th floor, NALLRC / Library Building and submit photocopy of the receipt with the printed “Your response was submitted" page or email a clear copy of the receipt to icpd@pup.edu.ph
   3. Cash on-site on actual opening date.

Prepaid participants will be prioritized due to limited number of seats.  Within 2 days after full registration, you will receive the letter regarding the seminar-workshop and PASUC Endorsement.  CHED and DepEd endorsements will also be sent as soon as they are available.
