Description: The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the company operational efficiency, ensuring that performance indicators are set and achieved. This role involves developing strategies to streamline order fulfillment, optimize inventory, and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, results-driven leader, and problem-solver.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish, monitor, and drive key performance indicators to measure operational success. - Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency , reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Supervise and provide guidance to the Operations Coordinator and warehouse staff. - Ensure all departments (Sales, inventory, operations) are aligned with operational goals. - Train and mentor employees to enhance productivity and performance. - Oversee order fulfillment processes across e-commerce, corporate, and retail platforms. - Ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand without overstocking. - Collaborate with purchasing and sales team to enhance supply chain efficiency. - Implement best practices for order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. - Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. - Generate and present performance reports to senior management. - Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to scale operations. - Support business expansion plans by ensuring operations can meet growth demands.
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management - at least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or business management. - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP software, and data analytics tools. - Excellent decision-making and strategic planning abilities.
