Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle concerns in their respective areas.
Responsible for growing the area by ensuring new account conversions.
Manage top Key accounts in the area and ensure deeper customer engagement.
Conduct on field training and coaching of the Sales Team.
Collate and review all reports submitted by Sales Team.
Do route rides with personnel.
Lead budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance reviews.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with Sales Team.
Monitor collection of the total area.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Above average scholastic records. - With at least 2 years’ experience in Key Account Management for a. Foodservice Accounts d. Institutional Accounts - With good planning, implementation and monitoring skills. - Above average negotiation skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good in oral and written communication skills. - Effective leadership and management skills. - Hardworking. - Willing to be assigned in Manila or Cebu.
